Embedded Datalink
The expansion bay is designed for the installation of a wide variety of datalinks from any vendor. It significantly reduces losses in RF wiring at the time that permits to install the antennas at reasonable height. All this in an IP54 enclosure.
Backup Battery
PCS includes a power supply battery to be used as a backup or to operate without the need of a wired power source. This is an essential feature for outdoor operations permitting to ensure the reliability of the GCS, having a duration of 2h.
RTK Positioning and Relative Missions
Embedded Veronte Autopilot 1x, includes a dual GNSS module for enabling RTK – DGPS precision without needing to install additional hardware. In addition it allows net landing, relative missions and to operate / land from vessels or moving vehicles.

High Reliability GCS
DO178C & DO254 Compliance
The embedded Veronte Autopilot 1x provides the control station with DO178C & DO254 certifiable software and hardware. It permits to manually control the drone and activate failsafe routines in the event of losing the main control station computer.
Robust Construction
The aluminum enclosure with IP54 protection allows the operation of the system in all weather conditions by protecting the electronics from light rain and harsh environments. Rugged connectors and a 2h backup battery is also included in the PCS.
Heat Dissipation
The control station’s aluminum construction allows the datalink and internal electronics to dissipate heat. It enables the use of a high power system for operation in extreme environments with the confidence that it will not fail due to high temperatures.

The adjustable height mast permits the antennas to be installed at an altitude of 3m to ensure a clear line of sight (LOS) among the ground control station and the drone. Furthermore, the optimized design permits to minimize the RF losses on the cable and to install the GCS in an open space far from the GCS laptop, this is achieved thanks to the ethernet and WIFI connectivity.
