ADVANCED AEROMATERIALS WITH EXTREME ACOUSTIC CAPABILITIES FOR THE CIVIL AERONAUTICS INDUSTRY IDI- (PTAP-20221006)
Place of execution. Seville. INESPASA facilities. Deadline for execution (01/10/22 – 31/12/24).
ZERONOISE is a project funded by the CDTI and supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation that will develop a new technology, based on completely disruptive ideas, to produce materials with extreme acoustic capabilities tailored for the civil aeronautical sector: through the design of materials at the microscopic level, and the generation of intermolecular forces and interactions between the solid skeleton and the fluids that saturate them, to produce extreme acoustic capabilities at the macroscopic level, both acoustic insulation and sound absorption.
The main objective of ZERONOISE is the drastic reduction of noise pollution produced by civil aircraft, through the design and development of insulating and absorbing materials of extreme performance, designed specifically and tailor-made for the civil aeronautical sector.
